Date of transaction:November 01, 2023 SUV Car price:$15,995 After a trade in total loan:$23,000 The business committed to provide a trade in for a 2015 ****** Armada SV.The dispute: The ****** Armada has major back latch and electrical issues due to misalignment and water now leaking into vehicle. This business has been the worst experience at purchasing a vehicle in every single department. From sales, to financing, to straight up being lied to about papers being signed. After trying to politely have the business make things right and having calls and messages ignored I feel the need to express my experience and warn others of their shady business operations and how they go about quickly putting people in cars. 1. Sales: Driving from ********* to Salem I was told the Armada would be their for test driving. It was not I had to wait while they brought it from a so called sister location. While waiting for the car I was guided to fill paperwork for supposed pre approval and a trade in value. Test drove ****** then they had me sign paperwork for purchase. The sales rep was pretty quick about things because I liked it and wanted the purchase. I'm being told to sign in all locations what is supposed to be purchase paperwork ok.2. About 2 months in I notice the latch problem, take the Armada to ********* ****** find out major body misalignment to back and electric issues. We can't agree on any trade over now negative equity. They refuse to take the vehicle back or fix it after one financing managers said they could fix it. 3. Finally today 03/04/2024 I had to drive to Salem again. Now I find out that they can't and aren't obligated to do repairs because I somehow signed ****** info that I was never shown and believe was buried. I was supposedly signing pre-approval and purchase papers on the day of the sale.Resolution: I can't get my old vehicle back they claim already sold that had no major damages like this Armada. I need the fair trade I never got.
