    Apparently they served me by leaving papers at a previous address, went to court without my knowledge and started garnishing my wages that was apparently not good enough for them so they went in and took everything(over *******, Im a Single mom, part time worker this was my mortgage payment) aside from ***** from my bank account and told me they had no record of this. When asked I was told oh we dont have records on that your mail is sticking at this address so pretty much everything is my fault... They do not care about proper serving or notices NOTHING! Mind you this bill was from 2017! 2017! my records/bank account/paystubs show they have taken what was owed, they play the dumb card and just state No records of my bank being completely drained, wage garnishments could continue they dont know! Its really sad that they dont care about a persons livelihood to a point they will drain a person and not blink an eye. Thank you cascade collection for kicking a single mom while shes down, I guess I just need to be humble truly appreciate the wake up call to how s***** my life really is.
