    This has been a recurring monthly payment of $17.47 per month for a Supra key. I cancelled this account several months ago. I still continue to be charged the monthly fee for the Supra key, even though I cancelled this account in April. There is no annual contract. It is a month-to-month term. I am seeking a refund of $157.23, which was the money that was charged to me without my consent. I have continuously cancelled this account, and this business continues to charge me for the Supra key anyway; they keep charging me the $17.47 per month. The last charge for this Supra key was in January of this month, despite making another visit to the office in December to make sure it was cancelled AGAIN. I made it clear that I do not want this Supra key. They must stop charging me $17.47 per month, and I want a refund for all these months they 've charged $17.47. This equals a total of $157.23.

    Good morning,I would like to file an official complaint against UTC Fire & Security Americas Corporation, Inc. ("Supra"). Last month, I contacted the business to cancel my service at tel:************** and followed the pre-recorded prompts. After providing me key number, which is *******, I was directed to contact a third-party association to cancel my membership, which i did. Proof of cancelation is enclosed/attached with this complaint. This month, I was billed again for a service I had cancelled. When I contacted Supra to remove the charge from my account since I had done as directed, they refused to remove the invoice from my account and will not cancel my service. I have paid the fee even though I should not be billed and would like to receive a refund since I have requested to cancel my service in May 2024.This conduct of business is very unethical and should be stopped, so I would like help with this matter in hopes this doesn't continue to happen with other customers.Thank you,********************************* ************

    I use Supra key as an electronic key company for my real estate business. I have my bill set up with them monthly for the last two years they are automatically paid by the 5th of each month to keep my key on to get into lock boxes. My key was not working this month and I called on Oct 25th to customer service in my town to find out why. The customer service rep told me that the bank hadn't paid my bill this month. I told the rep that was weird because they have pd it for 2 years without a problem and all my other auto bill pays were paid this month. She went through my info even though I told her nothing has changed. When we got to the email I told her that is my personal email let change it to my work one. When she changed it she told me " Oh, when I did that the payment went through" I thought it was weird but my key did turn back on so I didn't care why! On Sat the 30th I receive my first email from them stating that they didn't get payment in Oct and I owe a late fee of $25. I emailed them back everything I'm telling you and asked to have a supervisor call me. No one did so late yesterday afternoon I called them and talked to another cust service rep (no supervisor was there. I explained everything and she told me I need to go to the website and put in my CVS code, on back of debit card, I told her I will once she removes the late charge, she said they can't , again asked for supervisor, none there. I am locked out of my electronic key and being held hostage while they extort this late fee, I don't care if i'ts 1 cent, I don't owe a late fee. They never even notified me that they switched programs and need additional info. , meanwhile the *** contacted them and they said they have lots of issues and that CVS code wont do the trick with the new system. No supervisor is calling me back today either and my key is still not working. Please help, they need to take responsibility, my bank says they never sent over anything in Oct to get paid,!

    As a realtor I paid Supra for access to their **** system but the payment was applied to an inactive ***** account rather than the active HCMLS account. When I asked if the payment could be applied to the correct account they said, "Sorry, we have a blanket no refunds policy". And therefore I need to pay twice for the service.
