1 starPurchased tickets to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival, 3 adults tickets for $65, Afton charged me twice. I contacted them through the website and their customer service rep stated they only see one charge so there is nothing they can do, supposedly the duplicate will fall off in 5-7 days.... Well, the second charge is showing on my account, so obviously they charged me two times for the same order, same amount, same date. While ordering the tickets I also had problems with their site, it won't let you update your email address if you used the site previously and have a new email. You have to contact them during business hours and can't change it during the order process, my phone number was the same so it recognized me. Once you start the order process, you are stuck so I had to enter my husband's phone number just to get through the process and place the order! Hopefully, the second charge actually falls off, if not I will have to dispute it through my bank, big hassle. Also hopefully, I can find other ways to get tickets in the future as I was very unhappy with Afton so far, and it could get worse if the charge doesn't drop off. Overall bad experience.Review from

Bought tickets for a March 8th concert that was canceled and never was refunded. 14 days later and they cannot confirm or refund the concert. Will not recommend or do business with this promoter or Afton.
