    The scope of the project on May 11 involved the construction of a new driveway. The project was thoroughly discussed with the **********************, who assured me that the driveway would be constructed according to the required specifications. However, upon completion of the driveway, it became evident that the approach angle was excessively steep, causing an inability for standard vehicles to enter and exit the driveway without scraping their front bumpers. I promptly notified H3**638383335383433H of this issue through a text message dated May 20, 20**, providing accompanying photographs that clearly depicted the problematic approach. Following my initial complaint, I engaged in subsequent communication in an attempt to resolve the matter. On May 26, 20**, I received a response indicating that they were awaiting inspection results from public works. Subsequently, on May 30, 20**, I was informed that the city inspector had approved their work. However, despite my request for a copy of the inspection report, H3**638383335383433H failed to provide the documentation I had requested. On June 30, 20**, I inquired about scheduling a time to address the issue, and was informed by *** that he needed to consult with his father. Regrettably, I received no response. In light of the persistent lack of communication, I decided to involve the ************************** - Right of *************** After contacting them on July 10, 20**, I discussed my concerns. They were receptive to my concerns and subsequently arranged for an inspection by the City Inspector, which took place on July 12, 20**. Following the inspection, the *************'s manager confirmed my suspicions leading to the failure of the final inspection. The failure was documented on permit #**-109193-ST and this information was to be reported to H3**638383335383433H. My primary objective is to have the driveway approach regraded to align with the original project scope and comply with the *************'s required specifications.
