    My wife has an infected tooth, so we were referred to this office. We went for an office visit, and consultation. Before we were even allowed in to meet with the Dentist, we were charged $360.00! They did no work on her tooth, but set up another appointment to come back the next day at 1:30. The Dentist advised my wife he wasn't sure if he needed to do a root canal, or just pull the tooth. Which he stated he was 70% sure he would need to pull it. The next day we arrived and this up front woman (*****), stated we would need to set up a payment plan! As we would owe $751.00. She then stated we need to give her our credit card! We both stated my Wife hasn't even seen the Dentist yet, and how do we know if we even need to set up a payment plan? If he pulls the tooth, as he thought he might have too, our insurance covers that completely. So why would we need a payment plan? ***** is by far the most rude and arrogant person I've ever run into. She told us no credit card up front, no service. Then basically telling us the appt is cancelled, and we're welcome to leave! I totally felt like it was some kind of strong arm tactics. We explained how our credit card had been hacked twice this year alone, so we're not going to give it to her. We want the services performed first, then if we still owed something we will pay at that time, or bill our insurance company first, and we'll pay the difference. That wasn't going to work for her. They want up front payment not even knowing what procedure they are going to do. We left, and are not going back. If you want to feel strong armed, and taken advantage of, this is the place to go. For us, we'll go elsewhere.
