      I was seen at the clinic Dr. ******* at the initial appointment advised that I had milia & should I wish to remove it I could pay $300 that day or I could send a Prior Auth (PA) to my insurance & if they denied it the procedure would be $150. I elected to have my insurance deny it for the more affordable option. Insurance denied I scheduled the appt for the $150 out of pocket, when I got to the office I was charged a $10 copay when I questioned why I had a copay they didn't know. Half way through the procedure the doctor stopped & asked me what my insurance did or did not approve I advised I wasn't sure as they are the ones that called me to tell me it was denied. He reviewed with the nurse & found out they billed the insurance wrong & asked if I wanted to procced & pay $300 or redo the PA for $150, I AGAIN elected the more affordable $150 option.The clinic discharged the first milia extraction appt as they made the error. I went back in for the $150 procedure to be billed for $300 again. I have tried to call & speak with someone live in person but nobody will allow me to speak with a manager, supervisor, or clinic lead that can can help me & now they sent me to collections expect I paid the entire amount I was told it would be the $150! Please help me as I still cannot get anyone to speak anyone
