      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My insurance covered my surgery but this clinic failed to follow a common protocol and refuse to answer or return phone calls or even acknowledge letters. Billing agent sounded high and refused to let me talk she yelled over me every time I tried to speak. there is no one to file complaints with because the clinic is owned by a group of doctors and when I asked who I could file a complaint with the receptionist laughed at me and hung up. do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else!! normally we are dealing with enough emotions when we have to deal with clinics like this there is absolutely no reason we should be treated so horribly!!!!!
