      I'm having a problem with finding out where my won auction lots are (***+***). Clackamas River Collectors Auction run by Nest Egg Estate Sales LLC on 06/24/2022. I received an email from them telling me 6 boxes are packed up and ready to ship of the won auction items. I received another email with only 4 tracking numbers. I received only 4 boxes about 1.5 weeks later. I received only part of my won items and have not received the remaining 2 lots #*** and #*** (to the tune of about $350 plus fees). After numerous times trying to contact the auction house I get almost no proactive emails to update me on my missing items. Only when I ask where the items are I get another excuse. No way to run a business. I would upload the emails to you (BBB) but I'm not that tech savy.Thank you,****
