We signed a contract with Diamond Estate sales on 6/29/2024 to conduct an estate sale for us. The sale was to be held on 7/20/2024 and 7/21/2024. We agreed that items not sold during the sale would be removed by Diamond Estate sales and donated with us receiving donation receipts that we could use for tax purposes. Furthermore there was to be an accounting of large items sold with their sale price. No donation receipts were provided and we were told a couple weeks after the sale that nothing was donated. Furthermore the accounting of sales was terse and incomplete. We want compensation for the items that were removed from the house and not donated. Did they take them for themselves? That is unethical if not theft. Attached is a word document with further detail.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/22/2024

By responding to this, and the requirement that proceeded during the sale to float a Hot Tub down a protected river way for removal, I am here by standing on nullifying the contract via a requirement of an illegal act, Mill Creek (the creek that **** ********* insisted on having me use is a protected habitat, if I had done what was required of the contract I would incur Legal Ramifications.) I have already responded to the Department of Justice, and now the BBB. If this continues, I will pursue legalities.

Inside is ALL the documents between Myself, and **** *********, and his wife ****** *********. These documents are UNEDITED, and absolutely NO part of them have been changed or altered in any way, shape, or form.
