I purchased a package of hair removal sessions. They Guarenteed on their website that you would get 90-100% hair removal in 4 sessions. I had 2 with zero results. I had $500 of unused package and I asked for a refund, was told Absolutely Not. This was after the owner told me "this is your last warning, i will not let you be rude to my staff!" I feel like I was never rude to anyone, I was just nervous that the sessions were having no effect abd I was paying 2x the cost of other places, because of their Guarentee to do the 90-100% in 4, instead of 10 sessions at other places. $300 a session. And I had two laser facials at $300, that had zero effect. The receptionist said the Guarentee did not mean a return onyour money. It still says on their website that they Guarentee this. I believe the took $1200 of my money that I believed had a Guarentee and I signed no papers about the non refund policy of packaged purchased. Nor any other paperwork, which I know find disturbing. I paid solely in cash, which I now regret.i was given zero receipts and I realize I acted ignorantly, but I had never had any aesthetic services before. I just thought that if a company says they guarantee something, that that was a fact abd you could count on a refund if you were unhappy with their services, or you did not get what they promised. In total I'm out $1700 that I used to give myself some confidence as I lost weight and wanted to feel better about myself. I have Anxiety Disorder and get Disability. I am adding this to show why I acted so ignorantly. I am almost 90% homebound. And I feel like I was duped. And I have zero proof to back this all up, because I never imagined this would happen. I expected that I could rely on their claims and their business. It was extremely hard for me to push myself to go out to the business and do this. I was threatened, I was afraid to go back. I felt like it wasn't a safe place for me to be exposed and trust that no one would come in the treatment room.

The client in question, ***** ********, was inconsistent in attending her appointments on time and as recommended. She would consistently cancel appointments and has a history of no showing her laser appointments. During consultation with this client, the provider went over the importance of completing at minimum four sessions, each one month apart. Client also saw independent estheticians who shared the same suite as us, which may contribute to her total claim costs. Client had purchased our laser hair removal package of buy 3 for $750 in cash on April 4, 2024. For the area she was treating, brazilian. When the client originally called in complaining of lack of hair loss, before the recommended sessions were completed, we heard her concerns and offered her a free additional treatment session after original sessions purchased were completed. We also stated to client that there is no guarantee of 100% hair loss for all clients and that we do not offer cash refunds. Client then communicated with the office off and on canceling scheduled appointments, apologizing for erratic behavior both in person and over the phone to staff members. We have not heard from the client since May 13th, 2024 where she requested to schedule again and she was scheduled for May 18th, 2024 and no showed her appointment. After this, as an office, we declined to continue client relationship due to past behaviors and history of no shows.

Hi, I didn't get a chance to get this read and responded to in 7 days, I didn't realize I got the email. I guess it's over. But I read their reply and they never once said anything to me about missed appointments. Their response doesn't touch on their false advertising of a "Guarentee" just my missed appointments and my apologies for my behavior. In fact one of the cancels was the not being available. At the end of the day, they're giving false hope and fake guarantees. That can't be legal. And they are wrong. My missing appointments and apologizing caused them to end allowing me to use their services that don't work. So they admit they won't see me. They owe me at least $500. I purchased a package and they refuse to give me the sessions. There was no no refund paperwork, no signs, nothing on their website, but taking money for a package you refuse to do is theft. They have a guarantee on their website that is a lie, that is impossible to guarantee, and so they don't, they just say that upfront. How can that not be looked at my someone in charge of business fraud?

So they now get to keep even the $500 that I'm owed back for receiving zero services on it. And the laser facials that had zero effect. And the first $300 appt that was guaranteed and failed to work at all. Now I have it in writing that they ended our dealings and didn't refund money from a package. I'm not going to let this go, these types of people pray on others who are trying to feel better about themselves.

This is unresolved. I can file again. Or file for just the false guarantee. Or now we have failure to return money paid on a package that they refuse to do the work.

    Thank you

I had received subcutaneous injections for weight loss trizepatide as well as B12 from this medspa under "watch" of owner *********************. Upon signing up for this "program" (which is over the phone and online the encourage you NOT to go into their locations) I was promised a one month check in that never happen. I called and left multiple voicemails to get my check in and never got one scheduled by their team. On week 5 and 6 of this program, I noticed substantial swelling and redness and injection site for both injections. I called and left numerous voicemails stating my concern, only to be left with no response. I am quit freaked out and seeking counsel from the nurse practitioner ********************* to make sure I don't have major cause for concern or need to go to the *** She FINALLY called me back 6/25/24 after numerous attempts to reach her, only to argue with me, refuse to see me in office to look at the rashes and simply told me I am the problem. Dealing with medications that get injected into the body, I would expect so much more from her and the "program" which is basically a scam to charge $1350 with promise of support and program yet give absolutely nothing to support. I called again today 6/26/24 all but BEGGING for her to see me in person, she called me yelling at me for even expecting the bare minimal from her while taking zero accountability for her actions. She is dealing with medications that could kill people is used incorrectly and has the audacity to behave in this sort of way. It is scary to think about.

*********, your statements are absolutely false and we have contacted our attorney due to your constant harassment. Thankfully we have your entire phone calls dictated including the part where you called our provider a cun* and can easily prove that we advised you to come into our office multiple times to check on the redness at your injection site. We would never advise that our clients not come in or notify us of a concern which is stated over and over again in the phone calls by multiple staff. We provide both virtual or in office appointments to provide clients with options.
The safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us and we always try to get you in for any questions or concerns as soon as possible; we scheduled a follow up with you the day after your notification and you never showed up.
