      I ended my gym membership on August 2022 then on November 22, 2022 I received a statement from the gym that I owed fees for charges that were not written on any contract I was never made aware of these fees. I attempted to contact the manager on November 23rd via email and she never emailed me back. On December 1st 2022 the manager had informed me via email she would be sending me to collections for the made up fees that I never agreed to as there is no written contract. It hasn't even been 1 month since receiving the statement. They claim to not have my contact information however they do in fact have my phone number email address and physical mailing address. I do not agree with these charges and I do not believe they are handling things fairly.

      We have a record of responding to ******.  The fees charged were appropriate, nonetheless upon speaking with ****** the charges were reversed at that time.  ******'s account has a $-0- balance.  I'm not sure what the problem is.
