    I complained with the planet fitness company in ********* ******* when in their contract it says that the annual Fe fee of ***** and they charge it two months after being enrolled means that it is not an annual fee worst of all they do not explain it and they They debit the consumer's account without prior guidance. I went to have them explain to me and their staff is not properly trained to explain to the client, being sarcastic and swearing at each other, I would give it zero since they have a badly written contract since the annual fee says so annual not after two months

    I signed up with this GYM last year not once did they tell me I was signing a contract. Even on the app it will not let me see a copy of my memebership/contract. As well as them charging me for changing my membership now I'm told I will also be charged to cancel because I signed a contract. they never even gave me a copy of a contract or make it available for me to view on my app it has the option to see your membership/contract but when u click on it. It gives me an error.
