    On February 3, 2024 at 9:26:39 AM PST (verified through PayPal, which is how I paid) I ordered flowers from this supposed "florist" to be delivered the same day (per their website guarantee) to a location in ****************.A bit later I got several calls from someone supposedly at this supposed florist asking for more details about where I was sending the flowers.During the last call with this person I asked for confirmation the flowers would be delivered same day and was told they wouldn't because all their delivery people had "gone home for the day."I told them to cancel the order since I needed to have the flowers delivered that day and they said they would cancel it and refund my money within 3-5 business days.To date I have not received a refund, and when I call the phone number on their website, I get a recording saying the call cannot go through because the person is "busy," and to call back later, then it hangs up!FYI, their website shows that they have an A+ rating with the BBB! This obviously is a scam, and very disgusting that they lie so much on their web site about being a trusted florist, having won awards, etc. I'm stunned at the lies.Please help me with this so others aren't scammed in the same way.

    Made an online order for flowers to be delivered today 3 Jan ****. I received an email detailing the order and my receipt. The flowers were not yet delivered by Noon local time so I called the numbers listed on the website but both numbers rang for a long time before going to voicemail where a message said the mailbox was full. I tried calling 20 more times with the same result, no answer, full voicemail.If the flowers are not going to be delivered today, I want a refund.

    On Tuesday, September 19, 2023 I placed an order (Order #*****) with The Flower Shop for a sympathy arrangement for a coworker's memorial for a total of $145.93. After placing the order, I called the shop to confirm that they would be able to honor the Saturday, September 23, 2023 delivery window of after 12:00 PM CT, but before the 2:00 PM CT memorial service. I called ************. That number rang for a long time before being forwarded to a voicemail box that was full and I was unable to leave a voicemail. I called the ************ number also posted. That number also rang for a long time before being forwarded to a voicemail box that was full and I was unable to leave a message. I've tried emailing them at ************************************* no response. I reverse searched the 877 number and discovered they are *not* BBB accredited, yet have the BBB A+ logo displayed on their website giving customers a false sense of security in ordering. I also found two complaints against The Flower Shop on BBB.com reporting similar issues. I want my order immediately canceled and a full refund of $145.93 issued. The Flower Shop should also be required to remove the BBB A+ logo from their website.

    Someone named ****** reached out today (see attached PDF of email correspondence) to cancel the order and initiate a refund. I don't consider this matter resolved until the refund successfully posts to the **************** account. Per ****** this could take 3-5 business days. I also still believe the BBB A+ logo should be removed from The Flower Shop's website - it's very misleading to consumers.

    Yes, the refund posted, however their website still fraudulently reflects a BBB A+ rating on their website.
