    I am attempting to collect a $3000 non refunded deposit for work not started. Have filed papers at *************************. Additionally ACE CONSTRUCTION placed a metal roof on my work port that has eight leaks on it. Im 88 and have spent numerous hours trying to fix the leaks. Ace also promised on eight occasions to complete a task still unfinished after three months. Would give zero stars if I could.

    These dudes should be arrested for fraud. Drinking on the job and incomplete after destroying our property. Offered to refund 1800 of the 10k cost and the check bounced. They trashed my yard and never finished privacy fence.

    Company did great work they installed the fence and did the roof for me. Very efficient and moved me up ahead of schedule

    Modern Ace Construction gave a quick estimate and started work ahead of schedule, however the job was never completed. We paid for the work but then the finishing work and final touches were not done. We had a fence installed and stained. We found stain on the house and the fence gate was not plumb and not finished. The gate swings in the wrong direction and is not secure. The wind has twisted the gate and may break off soon.Advice: don't pay until work is completed to your satisfaction.
