    I went to this gun shop to either consign or sell a pistol I recently inherited. The owner of the business referred to a couple of publications to determine the age of the pistol I had and then told me the price that the pistol would retail in their location was to be ******** of which there would be a 25% consignment fee reducing the price to approximately ********. He rounded down to his favor at ******** as the price he would outright buy the pistol from me. When I showed some hesitation, he went on about the integrity that his business had and how important it was to maintain honesty with pricing in the community, etc. I agreed based on the spiel he provided and actually believed him. I told him I would return with a couple additional firearms I had within a few days. When I returned, I found the pistol I had sold him a few days prior at a retail of ********. He pointed out that I didn't need to accept his offer which was true but as I thought he had some integrity I agreed to the deal. What an absolute departure from anything honest or integral. BEWARE of this should you find yourself in a similar situation. I would have gladly waited an extended amount of time to have received 75% through consignment of the higher amount. I would have agreed to a 33% of 3,000.0. So much for his honor and integrity spiel. GOOD NEWS is I have retained the other firearms and he won't have any earnings from them. By the way, I was forced to give a star rating to submit this review otherwise I would have not rated a star at all for this transaction.

    To clarify, I would have agreed to a 33% consignment fee of a ******** retail amount. this would have been extremely fair to both parties.
