      Beware. Addi came out and reviewed the job on-site. Then provided an estimate with no information about the scope of work that would be included. When asked to provide a more detailed scope of work the owner refused. A clear contract is critical to avoid misunderstandings. The fact that the owner BOTH did not provide a clear contract AND then refused to clarify set off warning bells for me. Buyers beware.

      Customer thought we could install ********************** to fix a water drainage problem on a section of his house.  He needs a contractor (possibly a roofing contractor) to fix what has been installed on his house improperly.  We don't fix work outside our license and the ESTIMATE was only for new gutters and downspouts- not for fixing the other problem.  We disagree on what new gutters will fix and we suggested he find someone else to do his work. We don't refuse to do work lightly and he was insisting we do his job even though we thought another company would fit better.
