We are seeking payment for Medical claims that were filled with Atrio Health. They have failed to respond to countless emails, they no longer take claims calls and only advise that you email them for assistance. We have been trying to get a hold of someone for months regarding the processing of Medical claims and we receive no answers. We are not the only provider that they are not paying for services to their patients. They also do not respond to calls or emails regarding patient claims, what patients owe, and wrongfully processed claims.

In 2024, ATRIO experienced a change in our claims processing system that caused delays in processing claims for some providers. We have been working diligently to resolve the claims inventory of claims and have made significant progress.  We encourage the provider to contact the ***************************** for escalation of their issues.

I signed up for Atrio health plans because it was free. In December we got paperwork saying $65.00 was coming out of my social security every month. I called them and asked why when you said it was free. They said they sent me paperwork, I forgot to fill out. Because I didn't fill it out and send it back I'm getting charged $65 a month which is coming out of my Social security. I called Social security and they said there's nothing they can do about it because it's already set in there from Atrio. Now I'm receiving a bill from Atrio for $65.20 a month. I called them to ask them what this fee was, when they're already taking it out of my Social security every month. They said it was because of a late enrollment fee. When I signed up I was told it was all free free free. I feel like I've been scammed. How could something Free end up costing me $130.40 a month. I refuse to pay this enrollment fee, when I got sent home papers saying everything was free and I'm already paying $65 out of my social security that I can't afford. They said I can't cancel it, the $65 will come out of my Social security every month no matter what. I feel like this business is taking advantage of seniors. I've never even heard of this fee nobody ever said nothing to me about it. How can a business can just throw that on later? This business is fraudulent.

This member was made aware of possible ******** Late Enrollment Penalties prior to the enrollment effective date through mailings and phone calls.  The mailings included the opportunity to refute ********s records and provide evidence of creditable coverage for ******** prescription drug coverage.  ******** Late Enrollment Penalties are not determined by ATRIO, but instead are calculated by the Centers for ******** and ******** Services in accordance with their guidelines.  It is not up to ATRIO whether to charge or not charge a Late Enrollment Penalty.  ATRIO offered guidance verbally and via mailings explaining what a ******** Late Enrollment Penalty is and how to appeal ********s determination.  ATRIO also provided guidance regarding the ability to cancel the plan prior to the effective date.  To-date ATRIO has not received any indication from the member to indicate they have appealed their ******** Determination regarding previous creditable coverage.  ATRIO has also confirmed with the ****************************** the premiums are not getting deducted from the members social security; instead the member signed up to pay premiums directly.  The ******** Late Enrollment penalty is $65.20/month not $130.40/month (the $130.40 invoice is for the months of January and ******** Determination regarding previous creditable coverage
