      Air-Serv has the worst customer service of any HVAC company our family has come across and wish we had read reviews first before hiring Air-Serv to replace our home heater. When you call to express workmanship concerns they shift blame to the customer. The workers all appear very young, are poorly trained and installed our home heater equipment parts incorrectly. The company owner ***************************** customer service tactic is to get defensive at the get go, blame the home owner instead of addressing their company's worker's poor quality workmanship. The company also appears to have a high amount of BBB complaints compared to many other HVAC companies. Instead of acknowledging the customers concerns over installation mistakes they could be more sympathetic and attempt to resolve the workmanship issues. I'm surprised Air-Serv still in business but I guess ripping customers off their hard earned money is how Air-Serv keeps their doors open.

      Over priced, bad customer service and tampered with equipment! Fraudulent company.This company sent a tech out to our house to check out to check the system. It was just supposed to be a system diagnoses because our home wouldn't cool down on extremely hot days. Not only did the tech try to overcharge us for services but the system completely failed after he left. We called to have them come back out and was told that would require an additional service charge. Once we had a second company come out to inspect the system. It was found that Aire Serv not only tampered with our system by removing the straighter valves from both the liquid line and the section line - causing our system to overheat and fail but also rushed down the box filter in the furnace to the bottom of the filter box - essentially making it useless - because we told him not to replace it.
