    9/15/24 The phone bill for **************************************** invoice listed an 'Adjustment $1,430.32' without any explanation what the adjustment was for that increased our bill 104%. My emails to them and my phone calls to them have not been answered. I did not pay the unknown adjustment amount and only paid our regular charges and included another note with the payment regarding the adjustment which they did not respond to either.This was repeated again on our 10/15/24 invoice that shows the 9/15 adjustment still outstanding AND added another adjustment $1,639.06 with no explanation what its for which increased our monthly bill 117%. Still no response to my attempts to get an explanation on what it is for.Jet industries did not give us any forward notice of any price increases at all. They have given us no explanation why our bill has more than doubled for the past two months when our usage has not changed at all. This is both outrageous and unethical business practice!

    Hi ******,

    This was actually a misunderstanding that has since been resolved.  The person who reached out to the BBB was in their accounting department, and our operations team had been working directly with their operationa; staff.  They hadnt communicated internally about the project, which is what caused the increase in price.  Our operations manager has since confirmed that their accounting department is now up to speed on the situation, so there should be no further confusion.

    Complaint #******** I finally received an explanation of charges from Jet Industries regarding the adjustment and they finally put an explanation on their invoices as well. Jet Industries did know about these charges in advance and chose not to communicate those charge increases to our Maintenance Director when working with him so we could have changed our system months ago and not incurred an extra $5,000 in phone costs that has occurred. I rate Jet Industries as poor in communications. You can close this case but I would like to have my comments above posted as a review. Thanks!
