      On 12/13/2023 I received an email quote for ****** for the services I requested. Scheduled an appointment for 12/18/2023 in which the company did not show up. Appt. was a cancelled by me after that. On 12/22/2023 Day Heating showed up I declined services. 1/23/2024 Received an invoice stating I owed ****** although invoice states customer declined service to be completed. 1/26/2024 Send an email requesting I not be charged as no services were completed. 1/29/2024 Day Heating reported I owed the money now for travel/labor. No labor was performed as per the original invoice.

      Upon a review of our internal documentation, I confirmed that we mistakenly schedule the appointment for 12/22/2023 instead of the discussed 12/18/2023 date. In lieu of this error, we will be cancelling the billing to the customer & there will be no balance owed.
