      I am seeking a replacement for one of the two helios heating shoulder pads that I own, as it is now leaking. The company promises a lifetime warranty. I've tried contacting them multiple times through their website and also the phone number that they list *************). I've left messages through their website chat and also on their phone voice mail. No response. Voice mail and chat messages left in December 2023 (didn't record the exact date) and also 29 Jan 2024 and 12 Feb 2024. Was able to enter my information through a link in their website in June 2024 but again, no response. This product has been very helpful for my chronic shoulder and neck pain, and I would really love to have it replaced. (Of note, several years ago they replaced my other shoulder heating pad when it leaked, and I only had to pay $9.95 for the shipping. I assumed they would remain integrous with this shoulder heating pad, but apparently, not.)

      Purchased 3 Helios Heater items quite a few years ago at a mall kiosk. After using for several years, the largest heating pad didn't work any longer. Box said "lifetime warranty" so tried to contact company. Phone number included is the phone number I tried then and now. Found a website a few months ago and was surprised to see the phone # was the same. Called and left message. Filled out "Contact Us" form on website. As before, no response to phone messages or contacts.I love the product, I would just like to have the lifetime warranty replace the item that stopped working. (It was probably less expensive then, but it is the larger piece. The other 2 pieces - hand and circle - still work fine.)
