    Worst hotel experience of my life. I book the hotel for one week with my disabled son. I made sure the hotel was pet friendly before booking our stay. My son has an emotional support cat. When we checked into the hotel, I saw several different sizes of dogs. Therefore, this was a pet friendly hotel. When my son's disability support worker brought in my son's cat in the carrier, the two front desk ladies yelled at us. Asking us if that was a cat. We responded calmly that it was and we verified before booking our stay that the hotel was pet friendly and did in fact, accepted cats. The two women continued to yell at us, saying this is only a dog friendly hotel and we would have to leave the hotel because we violated the pet policy. Then they still charged us for one night at the hotel, which we were kicked out of. I called the two hotels across the street, owned by ************* and they informed that they are not allowed to discriminate against a cat owner and especially when that cat is a disability support animal. Therefore, we had to book our stay across the street.Those two women should be fired or written up because when the three of us were exiting the hotel lobby, my son overheard the ladies laughing at us in front of other staff and customers.

    I'm sorry for your experience with us.  Unfortunately, we do not accept cats, and they are not a protected service animal.  I checked our cameras, and could find no evidence of our staff yelling or laughing at you, but I apologize if you were not treated completely professionally.  I will share your experience with our staff, and work to improve service in the future.

    Worst hotel experience of my life. ******** is the worst costumer service provider I have ever met. The fact that she is the face you see when you walk in the door is all you need to know about the awful management of this property. And if you try and get better help she will refuse to give you any supervisors information or contact number. She is the most unprofessional and terrible person I have ever met. Our conversation was one sided on her side then she called a security company to come and threaten to remove me. When they arrived they agreed I was not being disruptive or mean in anyway and would not remove me at that point she went into her office and closed the door refusing to help me with my issues.
