The insurance agent that took my auto insurance payment I told her that I would be starving at the end of the month making this payment she said quote I don't care and then I told her that I'm not going to have enough any more money to make another payment she did not care she put it on an auto pay that is scheduled to be taken out of my account for $156.90 and she knew that was going to bounce she didn't care when I said it's okay for you to stomp on my throat and take the money out of my hands?" yes!" The original payment that I made was on the 3rd of this month the auto pay that she set up without my authorization or permission is scheduled to be deducted from my bank account on the 12th of this month the name of the company is Ben ********************** insurance agent State farm the address is ************************************************************************ the phone number is ************ I have tried to contact that insurance agency with no response! I have attempted to stop the payment with my bank GO2 BANK has no possibilities of stopping payments makes no sense to me doesn't seem like a bank I want to be with for much longer that's a whole nother issue together! I don't have the money that the insatiably greedy insurance agent with no empathy no sympathy no conscience and no soul is willing to stomp on my throat rip the money out of my hands and put it into hers and she intentionally set it up on an auto pay Knowing **** good and well that it would not clear greed the insatiable disease of greed! I have paid into auto insurance since I was 15 years old I have never had an accident not even so much as a parking ticket it over the last 45 years some of the most highly endorsed certified class A CDL driver's license to deliver pesticides and ammonium nitrate 22 tons 50 lb bags unloaded by me. Never so much as any kind of infraction or any kind of speeding ticket not even a parking ticket! And yet she put me on top tier payment intentionally! Stomp on my throat to rip the money out of my hands!

************************ called on 10/31/2023 to make a payment to reinstate the coverage that had cancelled on 9/28/2023. His normal monthly payment was due which reinstate his automatic payment on his account. He called out office after hours on 11/8/2023 and emailed twice that night as well. When our office was open, we called him but we had a wrong number for him. We emailed him back. We let him know that we stopped his automatic payment for him. We talked to him on 11/9/2023 and explained that the automatic payment was stopped. He was still mad because when he called, we unfortunately we had people out sick and when he asked if he could tell a joke we had to declined because we had other people waiting for our help as well. He thought that it was unacceptable.
