      I have worked with Sedgwick a few times and they have processed a few of my claims and I appreciate that they have customer agents available most of the time and I give 3 stars for that. It seems they try hard not to approve a claim, required quite a few medical documents and last time I worked with them they never sent my required documents to sign even though I called and gave them my correct email and also asked them to send it and they never did. It's a hassle have to work with them when you're going through a medical concern.
