      You are issuing a complaint on the wrong business. We are NOT Cascade Capital Funding ***. We are Cascade Capital Funding (no ***). We are a small business lender in ****** doing *** loans. We are NOT a debt collector. The entity you are trying to reach is in **********. We are NOT associated with Cascade Capital Funding ***. Please re-direct your complaint to the correct entity. Again, we are NOT associated with the debt collector and only know they are located in ********** because we receive an excessive number of calls and complaints on the *** entity.

This letter was not returned as undeliverable. On 10/25/2023, the account was closed and returned to Cascade Capital Funding. Also, on 10/25/2023, we requested the credit reporting agencies to delete the *************************************************************************. tradeline related to the Cascade Capital Funding account from **************** credit bureau report. Should anything further be required, please do not hesitate to contact ***************************, our VP of Operations, at ************.

      We are not the Cascade Capital Funding reporting on this consumer. The creditor is Cascade Capital Funding, LLC. We do not have LLC after our name. We are a small business lender located in ******. We are not a debt collector and are not associated with Cascade Capital Funding, LLC.  Please note the address located on the letter the consumer received from Cascade Capital Funding, LLC that they are located in ********, **.

      Well I received a letter in the mail today from a company called ************************** for a fraudulent debt they say I owe to Cascade Capital Funding LLC. They try to say I owe them ******* which I don't under how cause I have no knowledge of this place.

      The complaint is against Cascade Capital Funding LLC and ******************. Our name is Cascade Capital Funding with NO LLC. We are a certified development company providing loans to small businesses in ******. We are NOT a debt collector and NOT associated with Cascade Capital Funding LLC or ******************. This complaint is addressed to the wrong Cascade Capital Funding. 

    Cascade Capital Funding is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
