    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.

    I want to comment that on 6/14/2023 *************************** representing the company evaluated the plants and his evaluation revealed a poor watering issue. 

    An item from the original service was to add adecuated irrigation system to the purchased plants. The original irrigation system provided and implemented by the company was not effective causing the watering issue to the plants. 

    On 6/14/2023 the original irrigation system was replaced with another one by the company.

    I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    we contacted ********************************** on 6/14/2023 and agreed for me ***************************** to go and assess the issue.

    we realized that the problem was not the service provided or the quality of the plants,there was not enough water been provided to the plants.

    so I went ahead and added a better system with better water flow as follow:

    on 6/14/2023 I added raised sprinklers at no extra charge charge

    I added dripper lines at no extra charge

    This will solve the lack of water,the owner has to make sure that the plants are getting enough water(this is out of my control)

    but I will be in contact with ************************* .

    I  basically give a 3 month warranty and this passed already but I will make sure that the client is satisfied.
