    On February 16th I purchased a 2010 **** Q7 from universal car lot car salesman's name is ******* there was not one oil leak that was in my garage or outside I noticed the oil was low and it was dark so I went to jiffy lube on March 3rd to get an oil change on the receipt I paid $156 which they did not vacuum out my car or do the windows like it said on the paper but got the car home the next day I noticed I had oil leaks on March 6th I called them and they told me to bring it in I brought it in they looked under the hood dinked around with it and said everything's good I left I noticed again there was oil leaks bigger ones I called them they told me to bring it in but the car was already in the shop getting some tires put on it so I couldn't bring it in until March 29th I brought it in then they told me that I had a rear main seal leak and oil pan leak and it wasn't on them well I told them well that's funny because before I came in there was no oil leaks at all why wouldn't you tell me the first two times I brought the car in that there was an oil leak you would have noticed it why didn't you tell me then but now you're telling me on the third time I brought it in that you didn't do it that it's got a leak somewhere else you would have noticed it and they told me well I don't know what to tell you I know for a fact the car salesman that sold me the car knows that there was no oil leak and now I've I'm out of $156 and I got a car that's leaking oil all over my garage and it never leaked before and they're telling me they don't know what to tell me. I talked to ******* the salesman at universal car lot and he said to keep taking it back well I've taken it back three times and they never told me nothing about any kind oily the first two times but the third time they came up with a rear main seal and the oil pan you can reach ******* at ************ he will tell you there was no oil leak on that ****** didn't leak oil any were.

    I spent $550 on brakes and roters, got home and they didn't adjust them properly. I had to go back. When I went back they ****ed my car up with me in it and then dropped the **** aggressively and the car jerked down with me inside. This happened twice. I am still not happy with the results of the service and I have to go to another place and spend more money. I reached out to the business and they took over 3 days to contact me. Had to reach out again and the owner of that location told me I was lying about what happened.

    Case ******** can be closed we refunded the customer for the brake job and coached the team members that were involved to ensure this doesnt happen again
