    ******* (******) cannot do her job properly. My mother is a Postal worker and just wanted to send an iPhone in the mail. ******* told my mother that they can send iPhones. ******* failed to mentioned that the $300 option would be *** and the $113 option would be ***** **** does NOT send phones in mail. My mother chose the $113 option unknowingly that it was from **** which DOES NOT SHIP PHONES. She was only told at her place of work by the mail carrier that her phone was being shipped through **** (THEY DO NOT SHIP PHONES). When she came back to the store the following day after work, she politely asked for a refund for ********* mistake, but ultimately was denied. Ultimately, the manager told my mother if she were to do anything regarding this transaction that she would be banned from the store (10/16/24 9PM).

    When we present shipping options, we clearly advise every customer that chooses the USPS option that it is through the Postal Service, especially international shipments, and the potential that the shipment may not make it through customs in the destination country.  Your mother was advised that she was selecting a postal service option and we have no control of the customs service in the destination country.  Unfortunately, this shipment was returned from customs.  At the time of the transaction, she was aware of the UPS option for a higher price, but ultimately decided on the least expensive option with the USPS, completely aware that it was with the USPS, even though she already knew of the potential drawbacks involved in shipping with the USPS.  When she returned to the store and insisted on a refund, we advised her that we could not do that since it was at no fault of ours, but a drawback of selecting the service option that she did, and we do everything we can to help customers with successful shipments.  At that time, she suggested that she would commit fraud against the store.  Because of this threat, she was advised that she is no longer welcome in our store. 

    Also, it is problematic to put the actual employees name in a review.  This affects the employees sense of wellbeing and comfort at their place of work.  You are welcome to put my name, Matt, in the review.  I am the Manager and Owner and the employee was acting on my direction.

    The costumer service here is horrible. From the start the employees do not work or communicate in a timely fashion. The items i shipped from here came days late and broken. Once I filed a claim they wouldnt return calls. The only times you get a call back it is 4 to 10 days later. With them saying we cant do anything while headquarters says the store has all of the control. Its been almost 20 days since Ive filled the claim and it still has of yet to be resolved because of the store.
