I had a lot of issues communicating with the office! They told me to find another Dr when I tried to help solve the numerous mistakes that keep happening at every turn! A therapeutic relationship cant be had because they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. They refuse to call back and answer questions. They refused to listen to my issues with all the mistakes! They were only willing to argue with me and blame me for their own mistakes! Because the attitude of the office manager is not conducive of any possibility of therapeutic relationship and is actually the opposite and has caused mental and physical grief because of head banging gauge your eyes out argumentative repetitive, yeah butts that are all pointless and invalid! Because i wasted a bunch of time, energy, money and suffered more harm than good from this office and their complete denial of logic, truth, and standards of work ethic, and ethics in general! And because they do not belong in the medical industry whatsoever! I would like reimbursement of my money, and compensation for my time, energy and compensation for the harm that they purposefully caused me with combative, illogical arguments that had zero intentions of solving a problem! Sick individuals dont belong in the medical field where they can feed their narcissistic supply! When they do this they need to be held accountable and pay for the damages they caused!Customer Answer

I do not want a response from the Dr all of her past responses use gaslight she negates every truth i say and makes digs at my character but dosent listen or adress the issue! I only want make a complaint where I dont get further harassment from the Dr. I would like to inform the BBB that the Dr has admitted to withhold a prescription from being filled for two reasons! One she didnt know if i would show to appointment because of a complaint I had made. But i made the appointment after discussion of the complaint and called her office for the prescription and the pharmacy who shows they got the request for the prescription to be filled! Second she said she was waiting for new bloodwork to adjust the prescription! However it seems like a policy that goes against medical standards to not fill a prescription that has run out and not let the patient know why the refill request is was denied and it doesnt make sense to require bloodwork and let a prescription run out before the bloodwork can be taken that type of timing goes against medical standards for sure! I think it was a dishonest reason. Especially when considering that the main reason for going to the Dr was as I stated to the Dr to have my testosterone level monitored correctly because my last Dr used year old bloodwork! So then this Dr lets me go without testosterone for 10 days when the bloodwork was only 2 months old! Basically what people need to know about Dr *** is that she isnt honest when mistakes are made and she clearly doesnt want to admit when they are made! But she is willing to have her and her staff argue invalid points and all mistakes and. Her office manager also dismissed me as a patient without telling the Dr apparently because the Dr finally filled the prescription and answered my questions from two week earlier! Really crazy stuff! I had made 8 calls to address information I thought should have been in the exit paperwork. When I tried to resolve the issue Terra dismissed me as a patientBusiness Response

I am sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. I first became aware of this situation when you posted a review on my website on Feb. 8,2023. I spoke with our front desk staff in order to better understand your concerns. While we strive for excellence in our communication, as humans, it is inevitable that mistakes will still be made. I understand that as a remedy, you were offered 2 ways to contact your physician directly, though our portal and a direct phone number for her. I do hope you are able to contact your physician to help clear up any communication issues. While it may not be apparent, in our clinic, we are all technically separate businesses. Dr *** is not a member of my business and I am not a member of her business, we simply share office space and resources. I am sorry I can not offer you the refund that you are seeking because I have never taken any payment from you. I would appreciate you withdrawing the complaint from my business as we have technically never done business with one another. I am rejecting this response because: The response doesnt say who they are or how they are separate or what resources they share. If they share the same office manager then they do legally owe me for my lost time and mental and physical distress caused by her purposefully sabotaging my relationship with the Dr by black balling me and also not getting the messages or prescriptions through to the pharmac! This was done on purpose out spite! So I do believe who ever responded does need to be included in what now sounds like needs to be a lawsuit if a persons response is so vague! Furthermore this makes more reason for bad reviews rather than less as more of my time and energy is being wasted without any appearance of genuine concern from whoever responded! With that said i will update my review to reflect the unprofessional response!

I filed a complaint with the BBB and I got a response that didnt make any sense and was contradictory! The anonymous response suggest that the Nurture health clinic was not responsible or involved in the Drs and staff inside the health clinic! However they echo chambered the same tone deaf invalid argument that the office manager had made! The health clinic name and advertising suggests a group of doctors an do the added accountability that goes with that. *** Id would apear this isnt true in which case they shouldnt have interactions in addressing the clients concerns that makes no sense the only thing I can figure by their actions is that the name and advertising are meant to be deceiving and the health clinic denies association but gains the benefits of association while at the same time protecting the reputation of the Drs and staff inside the office! It seems like a clear case of false advertising and misleading the consumers! It also seems obvious that the name and licensing of a place doing this needs to be brought to the attention of the nature path board, the Attorney general, and the *** of and licensing offices! Furthermore as the law allows a person who is misled in such a way can bill for all the work done because of this misleading name and advertising! Also a person can file a lien on that bill! I think the owner of the so called health clinic needs to become aware of the laws they are in violation of and the conflict they have created by misleading the public! I have bigger fish to fry with the malpractice of the Dr. *** I would add the nurture health clinic if the owner is unwilling to explain a logical response actually make sense and doesnt further add insults that are clearly contradictory to their statement of not being involved with the Dr! I want the owners name and contact to complain about the office manager if the owner of the health clinic has no connection with the office manager surely they can tell me who does!Customer Answer

I had filed a complaint with the BBB for Nurture health clinic where Dr *** works. My response from Nurture Health Clinic was anonymous, vague and didnt make sense. The response suggested that Nature health clinic wasnt responsible for the Drs or staff inside the clinic yet it also suggested it had my medical information from the Dr. **** suggests to me that either the Dr had an illegal conversation about my medical file with a third party or that the response was a lie! I dont understand how the person has my medical information but also claims to be an independent who should not have my medical file! The responder from Health clinic certainly benefits from the name and advertising that suggests the extra accountability of an actual clinic but claims to be separate but also has talked with the doctor about my medical! **** seems like a conflict of interest, purposeful misleading to gain undeserved benefit and it seems illegal! I did not give permission for a third party to have access or discuss my medical and if what the respondents said is true then Dr *** is in violation of the law! If what the responder said was not true and they do have legal access to my file then they are part of the problem! Either way it appears that the health clinic want to play in the mud without getting dirty when making responses they know nothing about with illegally obtained information! If the responder was a third party they should not comment on the complaint they are not informed about nor should they have access to the information! Needless to say because they did these things they are most definitely deserving of the one star review Im going to leave and the legal woes that come from lies and dishonest business practices!Business Response

I have never met this person. he was a patient of another ******* ************ ** who works in the same clinic. No one is the owner of Nurture Health Clinic, we are simply a collection of 5 doctors that share office space and we are each individual businesses in our own right. This person has only ever seen Dr **** we do not share any patients. This person seems to be looking for a refund and that would only come from Dr **** as she is the only person that has collected money from him. We are totally separate businesses. I have never received any money from this person so there is no refund that I can supply. It seems he had a frustrating experience communicating with a front desk staff member in the office. I have no idea what his communication was about and because of HIPPA laws, I can not gain access to his information to help sort out and clarify that communication process. All of these concerns should be brought to his ******* ************************ I am sorry, there is simply nothing I can do to help in this situation.Business Response

This complaint was incorrectly filed under Nurture Health Clinic, which is an umbrella for a group of doctors who all practice as independent business owners sharing the same space. This complaint should be associated only with ************, LLC. I do apologize that this was not clear to the complainant. My new patient paperwork states the following and is required to be signed by every patient:
'I understand that I am not a patient of Nurture Health Clinic, which is not a medical provider or a business. I am only a patient of the individual provider who I see for care, which provider is not affiliated with any other provider at the clinic. ************ **, Karen Jones **, ************************* **, ******************* ND and *************************** ** are all separate practices and as separate practices, they maintain separate charts and individually treat patients.'
I have record of the complainant's acknowledgement of this policy/information signed on 9/30/2022.
