I took my vehicle into the skyline collision center to get it fixed because they do the fixing for the Mercedes dealership in town. I know I wanted it done by them. This is an insurance claim against another individual that hit me. So I personally don't have any money involved in it, but I do have a vehicle that was involved that did not get fixed properly. I've reached out to them multiple times on multiple different ways, and they are still refusing to contact me.

      1. 06/17/2024 2.Refund of the following fees that was not completed by the business that I paid for.3. Dealer title and registration document preparation service fee. $106.00 4. License registration fee $30.00 5. Doc fee $250.00 They filed for a title with them as LIENHOLDER of which there was never anything to finance .I paid the balance of $24,524.96 with check #**** at the date of purchase. AS far as I know they have the title with them as lienholder which is totally incorrect. This is a very poor way to do business They never paid or filed with DMV for the registration and plate transfer of $30.00 which I paid DMV on 16 SEPT 2024 in *********, OR In my opinion this an extremely poor and unethical way to do business.I have called them several times and was promised that someone would call me and explain what the problems were, But I never received any return ******** the very least they should refund the $30.00 that I paid DMV and supply a new title without a lienholder. This does not cover the fees I paid them that they did not complete

I took my car to **** for a my car hesitating. While I was there I was talking to the representative about me not being able to start the car from my phone. Everything was working perfectly with my navigation, radio and screen He looked said it just needed an update. He stated that they charge a flat fee for an update. It was less than $200. I said okay. I get a called them later and was told that they hooked something up to my car to update it and now I need a whole new system. The service manager told me that it was old and that this is something that could happen. I replied if that's the case why wasn't I told that. I would of surely declined. He told me that the system was $900 he didn't mention the price of labor. I tried for days/weeks to get someone including the owners to answer my calls to no avail. I called **** corporate office they told me it was up to the store they couldn't make them replace my unit. Then I called the ******* dealership pressed the wrong button and ended up talking to a representative that offered to walk me through updating my system. I'm not sure what they did to my vehicle. I just know when I went in there my GPS, radio and screen were working just fine when I picked up my car the screen is black and nothing is working? I understand accidents can happen. But I just don't think I should have to pay for their mistakes. Also, if you knew that there was a possibility that updating my system could break it, I should of been told that. Had I been told that I wouldn't of authorized them to do it. Im requesting that they repair/replace the system they broke.
