    I found a charge on my debit card from good gadget place.com ***** July 18 on my bank statement so I called it was a recorded cal the girl was had to understand I dont believe she was trained to make it difficult any way said it was a fitness app that I had a 30 day trial then it charged my card trouble is I didnt buy that she said all she could do is cancel it got my phone number and email said I would get a confirmation that it canceled have not seen that either its some scam c*** Im going to my bank tomorrow to see if they can do anything

    Thank you for contacting ********************************* strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. We have every desire to address the customer's needs and provide the best solution available to resolve their issue as soon as possible.

    While we are more than willing to work with the customer in order to resolve and achieve the results they have requested, weve noticed that the customer filed a dispute with their bank on 08/04/2022. 

    Regrettably, once this has happened, we will no longer be able to assist the customer in achieving the outcome they desire. This is a system limitation. Once a dispute has been filed, the system locks up while the dispute is in place. 

    At this point, we can only advise the customer to follow up with the bank on the progress of their dispute. We truly wish we could be of further assistance but given the current situation, our options are limited.

    ***************************  I did contact the company customer service the women on the phone was not very helpful she did cancel what ever was bought with my card some phone app but would not refund my money it was a recorded call it said so there is a record of the exchange I called the bank to cancel my debit card if I would have bought something on line it would have been my credit card not debit and I sure as h*** did not order a fitness app I believe she claimed it was
