    Office staff is very rude and inconsiderate of your pain. They are incompetent on billing and insurancance claims. It has now taken me three months and counting still to get an appointment for my second back injection with me calling almost everyday to see if there's been an update so I can schedule. I have spent 3 weeks asking for the office manager to call me to see whats going on with my insurance and see if I can pay out of pocket with still no response from the office manage. The receptionist ***** has been extremely rude since day one and now everytime I call she continues to tell me she hasn't heard from the office manager yet and will leave a message. Still to this day I can not been contacted back. They also never call to make follow up appointments even though they say in office they will call in a couple days to get me on the schedule. Dr and nurse are great but the office staff are far from satisfactory.
