      I was unable to call due to a family emergency, I have never missed an appointment before I am always early to my appointment I have had with them . I wasnt able to respond to their confirmation text telling them that I was able to confirm my appointment as well. They make you sign a lot of papers when you first go in. They surly explain the important ones that could get them in to big trouble if they didnt . All your health info and things of that matter to cover their a** if someone did go wrong.. they dont go over with you the information that would take more money from you like their cancelation policy, I know they did go over this at all. I all ready paid for service with them and they didnt authorize any additional charges to my actual bank account which they charged me an additional 40 dollars. I think thats against the law to charge a card you used before for other services.. especially with out your knowledge They advertise like the machines they use are actually going to do something,Or the Botox they use is good quality. They run adds and discounts to get you to come see them and then they offer a 30% discount if you buy more right after the first treatment.They dont let you see if its actually a credible treatment before you purchase more at a better rate .. they are actually more expensive than other companies that offer Botox. I guess you should just know if it sounds to good to be true it is . If they are the only ones in town doing this service there is probably a reason why! The staff is actually pretty rude and act like they are better than you, their customers service is not good. Its like you are just a $ sign . They have your information on the computer but they still act like they have no idea who you are or why you are there. I feel like this company is a big shame! I feel very disappointed, my time wasted, and money pretty much stolen! They should be more up front with their business.. very sad the owner is from ****** as well!
