    The plumber replaced an outdoor hose bib and highly recommended their VIP plan. I have conflicted information on that as the plumber said I could cancel at anytime. When I called the business in August to cancel the contract she said they would come out usually ***** months after the service to inspect, which was June 2023. But yet the plumber asked to see my Master bathroom and hot water heater in the garage. This took additional time beyond the outdoor faucet repair. I feel like the company has not been transparent and I do not want to use them for any plumbing repairs. I also feel like they do not like to send a reply to my emails, as they do not want to document what they are telling me. Again, I want verification they will not come finish an inspection nor use my bank account without my authorization.

    Our Membership Expert spoke with ****** on August 11th, a recorded call, stating that we would not charge her again for the *** plan. We do NOT keep cards on file and thus can not do recurring billing for this plan. In addition, she was NEVER charged for the *** plan, we gave her 1 FREE YEAR of this plan as a good faith effort and a thank you for doing business with us. If you review the invoice attached to this claim you will see a $0 charge next to the *** Plan line item.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have contacted them regarding this matter. They confirmed they will not bill me any additional amount and they have canceled the annual contract. I am happy they were transparent and answered all my concerns.
