NWPPM creates a hostile living environment by posting 24 hour notices for ANNUAL cleanin inspections, then will give you a two week notice for cause of termination if you don't correct it. with no prior warnings, they won't know on your door or send you a message you'll just walk out and see 24 hour notice, with 15 hours left. They've raised the rent and sent out notices, but my rental agreement hasn't ended yet, and they are already charging me the new increase. They have no email contact anymore, and the office irregularly open, so if you try to go in, it moght not ge open during office hours.

      Business Response

      Date: 10/30/2023

      To whom it may concern:
****************** has received 4 24-hour notices to enter in 2023. These notices are industry
standard, but more frequent than the previous couple years during the ***** pandemic when
all inspections were suspended. We are obligated to conduct an annual inspection for our
property owners and HUD also elected to do an inspection this year, which necessitated entries
to prepare for, conduct, and remedy findings from the inspection.
The last cause of termination notice was sent on 11/10/2022. Since then, ****************** has not
had any violations or cause of termination notices.
Just before a scheduled rent increase took effect in October, we were informed that Mr. ************ lease (and lease terms, including rent pricing) did not end until 11/30/2023. We
apologized for the misunderstanding, the delay in fixing the inaccurate rent amount, then
corrected his ledger and informed him that he has a credit.
Regarding the difficulty in onsite management availability, from September 27- October 4 our
staff members were out due to illnesses. We regret the temporary inconvenience this may have
      caused our residents.

We rented from NWPPM. When we gave our 30 day notice, we looked at our contract to see if our deposit money can go towards last months rent. It did say in there unpaid rent. So we decided since we had a deposit well over our cost of rent that we would just have them take it out of our deposit. We then received a letter saying we had to be out by the 23rd of August instead of the 31st of August because we did not give them last months rent. So we were out by the 23rd. With a very clean house intact. I have several pictures to prove this. Now they are trying to charge me a very hefty cleaning fee and money for normal wear and tear on the house. It was in extremely good condition. I didnt have the keys in to the company until the 2nd of September. They never once asked for them. So now they are also charging me for rent until the 2nd as well. They never once called asking for keys or told me I had to give them to them. I thought they would rekey the house. I would like detailed receipts.
