I met owner at a Halloween event on 10/21 weekend in ******, (I am from out of state) and she influenced me under duress to pay for a service for protection. Uncomfortable I paid her cash $400 and 25 through money app Venmo, but I messaged her the 2nd day after leaving the state to return my money as no services were provided and I did not want services at all. She gave me 3 candles of which she didnt explain at the time what they were for. I have included in my message to subtract the cost of these candles that I will not use as I understand she incurred a prior cost and could have been used for someone else. The owner has refused to refund my money as she states she doesnt do refunds. Not only is that stealing. but there is nothing indicating in her policy about this rule. $425 is a lot of money for someone who cant afford to lose so much so freely and in a way that wasnt ethical. No service was provided. This isnt right for a business to take advantage of people in this way and steal their money.
