      Do not let your elderly folks live here, they neglect their health and safety needs, they treat there employees like c*** and they are extremely racist and discriminate against any one who disagrees with what they are doing! The ** is terrible at her job and threatens everyone who is working there. Half the staff is gone and they just need to be shut down.

      **********, ** Spring Creek Assisted Living Facility My mom has been living at Spring Creek in the assisted living side for nearly 2 years now. There are MANY issues with this facility stemming from the previous director and although they have hired a new one- there remains a multitude of factors that have not been addressed.1. Security - The homeless population that lives nearby have been stealing from residents patios on the first floor. - Residents have voiced their concerns, were promised a security guard and cameras and instead the company only has the ********** PD drive by 2 times a night. It has not stopped the problem. - Residents walk their dogs late at night and are scared for their safety.- Residents walk to the grocery store and are told to "walk with a ****** for their safety.2. Unsafe/Unfair Practices - HIPPA is not followed! Often residents are treated in the dining room for all to see. Blood pressure taken, meds given, health care problems discussed for all to see.- Head nurse, ****, ignores concerns that are brought up, does not remember which patients need what meds. My mom's meds have been incorrectly ordered multiple times and is charged.-Food is not prepared safely. Residents that require a Mechanically Soft diet receive food that has been mixed in a blender.-Food is of poor quality. - Independent Living residents are served first and oftentimes the staff does not refill items so they are limited in choices of things to eat.3.Cleaning Staff - There are only one or two housekeepers for the entire facility. My mom's apartment has not been cleaned for 4 weeks but she is STILL CHARGED the full rate for rent.4.Family Concerns - Since Feb.2023, my mom has been cleared to move into Independent Living. She has paid full two months and the lowest price of $600+ even though needs and receives of ZERO Assisted Living services. We were told she would be on the list to move in Feb. It is July and we were just asked to sign the paperwork.
