  Would not recommend. The quoted and emailed price changed from $1215 to $1322 from one email to the next as I was planning to schedule-when I noticed the increase and inquired, instead of **** honoring the original price, they said they had pricing errors and mentioned training going on in the office...but would take $65 off of the $100+ increase=still a price jump $40+ not in my favor. We discussed alternatives to removing the chimney since there was no warranty on that repair or gaurantee that would solve the leak anyway-we landed on a reseal for the chimney. The technician went up, shockingly finished in maybe just 15 minutes or less. When I later climbed up there to inspect, I was shocked that this 15 minute $325 repair didn't even seal around the four sides of the chimney, but just added some 1" thick of sealant around 50-60% of the chimney, leaving the entire back and high side of the chimney with 0% sealant added there. I had assumed, and how was I to know that a reseal does not include removal of the old dried cracked seal, nor does it even surround the whole chimney. Had I known, I would saved a lot of money and hassle did the easy seal for $10 and atleast removed the old and/or at the minimum added the sealant around the whole chimney! Even though I called and emailed their office to express my displeasure with this work and the $325 bill for a few smears of sealant-a $40 discount was offered and said they could send someone out again to look at it. What is the point of looking at work that you assured me is the industry standard and that removal of the old sealant was not an option since the chimney was in a 'volatile state'? Sadly, although I expressly requested to speak to the business owner repeatedly, I was told they were speaking on their behalf- I was not even allowed the opportunity to speak to anyone else besides this office person. I have never encountered a business where I am not allowed to speak to an owner or someone else when requested.

  Upon receiving the original quote, you asked for a cheaper option. Although our recommendations were as quoted due to the condition of your chimney , we did our best to ensure there would be no further damage nor leaks until you could re-roof and remove the chimney if needed .So we lowered to a minimal service charge as requested.,,which you agreed to prior to any work being competed 

  We do have office staff who communicate on our behalf , as we are unable to talk to all of our customers directly. In your case , the final decision to discount your invoice to our minimum was ours and passed to you from our staff. Although I do understand you asked to speak to an owner , it would not have changed the outcome.
