      I loved doing business with them. They were clear about what to expect. They did a beautiful job replacing my roof. They have a 25 year warranty on the roofs they lay. The materials are also warrantied. Everything they promised they would do, they did. They kept every appointment and were on time. The job was finished when they said they'd finish. They cleaned up EVERYTHING! Everyone was polite and gave definitive answers. Nothing was ever vague or misleading. Their contract would have made ***** **** and Judge Milian proud. I felt like it was a very good price.

      Very important to note that Pfeifer does not warrant their repair work if they did not install the original roof. They applied mastic to a flat roof area along with seams, corners and curbs. Less than a year later, the mastic had bubbled, disintegrated and was blowing off the roof. A representative came out and said they would make it right. Instead and after chasing, I was E-mailed an estimate to re-do the work with the same material for $1200. I received no further communication nor explanation . I have since had multiple roofing cos assess the situation and all have validated the material was not properly cured and has since alligated not just on one but on multiple areas where it was applied likely due to pooling water and excessive heat. Simply put, their repair work is not warranted work and this is certainly not what I would expect from a reputable company.

      Hi *****. We have tried to contact you multiple times to discuss your concerns and have not received a response.  We were very clear that your roof needs to be replaced, and any repairs performed were temporary. We were clear there would not be a warranty on repairs, the contract you signed specified there was no warranty. When you came to our office to discuss the roof, I reiterated the roof needed to be replaced and if you wanted to move forward with a repair there would be no warranty, and it would be temporary solution.       In the summer of 2023, I was given an estimates for 1) a repair and told by your representative I could expect to get 2-3 yrs of normal wear and tear ($1914) and 2) the cost for (2) roof replacements. The material itself alligated, broke down and is blowing off the roof. Your representative came out, said he had never seen anything like it and that your company would make it right (his exact words not mine). After chasing for a few weeks, I receive an E-mail with an estimate of work to be signed for the same material application + granules. No follow-up phone call and only explanation was there is no warranty on repair work if Pfeifer did not install the roof. I am well aware this is on your contract but was led to believe otherwise. Based on your comments above, how in good faith can your company propose the same work and material and charge me another $1500? You have made your position quite clear. Thank you.
