      Bought a 2025 grand design trailer. Got it home second day it rained. We opened the front storage compartment and there was water in there. Called roberson rv and was told bring it by and we'll fix it. We had camping reservations that we end up canceling. Told me three weeks to be finished. I called today since it's been three weeks. They told me they ordered the door today so an additional three weeks. We have a trip planned this weekend so going to have to cancel again. They are not willing to do anything for us. We haven't even used any appliances or slept in it. Told me to come pickup and use it. I'm not taking a 2025 trailer camping since it is leaking. I told them let me pick another trailer out and they are not interested in that.

      If you are looking for an ** and wondering about Roberson RV Center, please allow me to weigh in. First, I was a "newbie" 8 years ago when I first started looking for an ** at Roberson. Second, since then I have purchased a Class C and a Class A ( as well as a Jeep from the Auto side ).As someone who has actually PURCHASED from them unlike some of these earlier reviews, I can say without question they offer superior product knowledge, as well as outstanding service after the sale. I actually purchased a 2022 Class A during Covid which was a crazy time in the ** world to say the least. Yet, throughout each step of the process *** in Sales and ***** in service has been there for us. I felt good after first working with them back with our Class C but soon afterward, I felt GRATEFUL that I had chosen them as anyone who has owned an ** will tell you, yes, issues WILL arise. The only question is, how will the team you ultimately purchase from stand behind you ? Well, after all these years, I can say without question, Roberson will stand WITH you !
