    I wanted new zippers to replace my still operational zippers on my older boots, so my husband decided to surprise me and get that done. They also offered to put new heels on them and were very positive telling him theyd be done in a week or two and that the repair would cost $50. A week later, they called my husband to pick them up. When he got there, they were not repaired and they told my husband they weren't worth fixing. When he brought them home, I found they had broken the front off the slide of the zipper of my right boot and sent them home with my husband without disclosing it to him upon pickup, probably hoping he wouldnt notice, when in reality they did not want to take responsibility for what they did (I should have received them back in the SAME condition they came in if no repairs were to be done. Now I have to pay to replace the zipper they damaged. I called asking for the zipper pull missing from my right boot and he hung up on me.
