      I paid Gehring Softwash to hang holiday lighting on my home. This included 48 hour replacement of any bulb outage or problems with installation, takedown and gutter cleaning, and storage. I contacted the phone number and email address I had for the company on Tuesday, Dec 18th with both a text and pictures notifying them of a bulb outage and loose wire on the side of our home. I did not get a response and continued to send texts and emails. It was almost 48 hours later I was told by ***** "the guys were off for the holiday". At no time was I informed the 48 hours notice would not be upheld. The loose wire, hanging from the roof to the timer, was hitting the side of our home and was very loud. When the installation occurred in November the timer was set incorrectly. Meaning the lights were on in the day and off at night. We requested a copy of the instructions but ***** said he did not know how to send us a copy. I am attaching a copy of the quote/contract which is what ***** provided to me when he explained the 48 hour service. I included the front and back-***** wrote on the back side.

      I filed a complaint against Gehring Softwash because they breached their contract. Today, Wednesday, January 10, **** they came to remove the Christmas lights. They wrote in the contract they would clean the gutters when they remove the lights. They did not do anything other than pull the lights.
