    Not only is the owner, ***, extremely crass and unprofessional with how he carries himself as a business owner, but also in his piercing studio. I watched *** use the same tool during my ear piercing that he had previously used on my friend, moments before. He ran it through an ultra sonic machine, and reused it. He did not dispose of it for proper cleaning. He also pierced my ears with rings, insisting it would be better. I found out from another piercing studio, thats rated much better, that this is an extremely outdated practice that causes clients issues while healing. After 20+ piercings, I have never had any that have given me as much trouble as when pierced at ZoulBound. I feel very strongly that the *** should ensure this shop is operating properly and safely. Thank you.
