  I call 5 different tire shops and asked what it would cost to have 2 tires taken off my car and have 2 tires put back on that I had two places quoted me $40 to have them dismounted remounted and balanced two places quoted me $45 bobs quoted me $33 I asked each company the same question. I went to bobs and had it done and they charged me $58 . They asked me during if I would like them balanced and didn't say anything about it being extra so when I paid for it and it came to $58 I asked them why so much because they quoted me $33 and told me because balancing is extra. And also because he wasn't charging me $10 a piece for disposing of my old tires. I asked if the manager or owner was there and they said they were not there at the time. Later on I called and left a message to have the owner or manager to call me back which I have heard nothing so far. And I feel like they are misleading to people and overcharged me $25 and feel like that should be refunded to me

  In response to *************************** "repair issues" complaint.  Looks like he had called a few competitors which is always recommended to find  the best deal with the economy as it is. When a customer arrives for service we write a work order and price that goes along with the work being performed, we then present it to the customer with the cost and work being done so there's NO confusion when it comes time to pay. We won't do work unless its agreed upon and definitely if theres cost associated with it. Labor & Service prices are posted in the office and on multiple areas so we don't run into issues. Since you did not provide a invoice or # in this complaint I cannot see exactly what you were charge for but I can have a educated guess - 2 Dismounts of your tires ($16.50) 2 Mounts of your tires ($16.50) total ($33.00) 2 Spin Balance your wheels and tires ($25.00) ***** services performed $58.00. I also see we did NOT charge you for leaving your Junk Tire Disposal which would be another $10.00 to make the grand total to $68.00.  I personally work 6 days a week till 6pm everyday and not once have I received a message or a call with a complaint or concern. I am sorry if you feel mislead and overcharged but the services we performed for you we spot on and correctly charged. So in closing, We performed all agreed upon work and service to the best of our ability.

  The did not write any work oder with total amount  they say they did and that is not true when I call like I said in my previous message  they quote me a price of 32 dollars to remove 2 front tires and put on two that I had then charge me more balanc*** is included in all other quotes and needs to be done to all tires that are put on rims they said noth*** about it tell they were in the middle of the job and did not say it would be extra there was no work oder with any amount I feel they.are mislead*** and untruthful all I am ask*** is for the balance *** of the tires to be refund to me and they should included that in there price just like any other tire shop does

  If there was no work order written we would not have known what work to perform, So there always in a work order written. We are sorry you feel mislead but your were charge for all work performed 2 dismount of your tires $8.25ea ($16.50) 2 mounts of your tires $8.25ea ($16.50) 2 Digital Computer spin balance on your tires $12.50ea ($25.00) which is exactly what your invoice you provided and the amount you paid us to perform all the services you asked and agreed for us to perform. We were nice enough to dispose of your old junk tires at NO COST to you which regularly would be a $5.00 per each disposal fee and you had 2 disposed ($10.00). Since you feel we mislead you which we absolutely did not  and are continuing your complaint even after we explained everything on the last response in detail. We will now be sending you a invoice and  bill for the 2 junk tire disposals you left here and will be charged a total of $10.00. Please send payment when you receive your invoice/bill in the mail.
