    Worst service ever! I had an issue with my sunroof. When I called I told the owner, I was on a tight time frame. No problem, he said. You give me half the money now so I can order the part. He said they are a family shop so its a cash only business. After he had the $500 things got iffy. He scheduled me for a Saturday appointment. I show up and the shop is closed. I text and call his number no answer. I hang around for a 1/2 hour no one shows up and no one calls me. I finally texted and tell him just to give me my money back. When I asked for a refund I got a text back. We agreed he would do the work on Sunday. Again they were late but they showed up. About 7 hours later I get a text saying, oh sorry it was the wrong part and Ill need to keep it over night and get to it first thing in the morning. Morning comes and goes and no word so I go down to the shop and guess what nobody is at the shop and it was now noon. It was then that I discovered that he was doing a bait and switch on the part he said he was providing me. I was told he would be ordering a new remanufactured sunroof that would be shipped from ********* and of course I would have to pay shipping. What I discovered was he got the sunroof from a local Pick a Part guy. The owner's daughter finally arrived to work and told me they ordered the wrong part and at this point they are just going to reinstall my old sunroof and send me on my way. When I arrived to pick up my truck the receptionist and his daughter were working on my truck and they had me go talk with ****. He told him he got a credit for wrong part but he was keeping $480 for his labor. They sent me away with the same broken sunroof and it was now worse than when they started. They ripped my headliner, greasy hand prints all over the headliner, and the sunroof rattled so bad I had to go to the dealership and have their work fixed and pay a second time for labor.
