      I had a very negative experience with the staff at Elite Foot and Ankle. I was treated as if I was stupid, told I didnt understand my own insurance, and then when I was leaving I witnessed the office manager yelling at the front desk staff. She was yelling at them that they need to get more customers and explaining how to hook them. Needless to say this was a disgusting thing to hear at a place where you are trying to get care. When I told the doctor about this he called me a liar and proceeded to report any review I left. What I witnessed is real, and true. It is unfortunate that doctor ***** wants to minimize my experience and feelings. I went in trying to get care and left depleted and anxious.

      This is a made up review, which is very unfortunate. Any business would report a purely false negative review. Office manager does not work on site, so no way she would be able to yell at the staff. Patient has also not spoken or "told" the doctor as he claims. We don't need to "hook" anyone, our offices are plenty busy. This patient is trying to leave negative reviews all over ******* BBB, and any other site he can, all because he didn't want to pay the coinsurance required by his insurance. When we told him that he needed to pay or go to collections, he began leaving all negative reviews. No one in our office has ever treated someone as stupid, If you would like to find out please stop by our offices and find out for yourselves. Also, I believe the rest of our reviews speak for themselves.
