    I ordered off instagram and not knowing payment was process thru paypal. the items finally came and did not fit. I contacted seller mulitple times asking to return and they stated they would give me partial refund if i agreed and items could be dontated. I agreed to this just to resolve the issue. I never rec'd the refund. I filed a dispute with my bank and pay pal. now the seller said if i cancelled the disputes they would process my refund. everytime I email them they say they cannot process the refund as disputes are pending. i uploaded the letter from my bank which shows it was closed and pay *** stated they never opened a dispute as i had one with my bank. this company seems to go by fabshop or cupbeach. the emails come from cupbeach
