  A deposit was made for an M2 sportcopter gyroplane in May of 2023. After a recent visit on March the 1st and again on the 4th, it became evident that there had been NO progress on the development of any components as promised by the contract. This Experimental aircraft kit was scheduled to be built originally before the end of 2023, then again in June of 2024. It became obvious that the manufacturer would not be able to meet this deadline. The manufacturer indicated that the kit would be able to be completed, if we would wire an additional $40,000 asap and we would take possession of a lone bare chassis to that end. This chassis is the 5th airframe present and we were promised this build slot. After further investigation, however, we have since learned of many kit depositors are in line from years previous. After our visit, we expressed our concerns related to providing any additional funds and the questionable practice of placing our priority ahead of previous deposits. *** offered to refund our deposit verbally on the phone at approximately 1:30 pm mst on March 7th. He claimed he needed until the end of March. We sent a certified mail request demanding our refund, provided the necessary ****************** routing information on both the 7th and the 11 th of March and requested a refund by March 15th at 2:30 mst. *** made contact on the 15th, requested more time, which we indicated, we did to not accept. On March the 7th, 2022, Sport copter Inc was served with a summary judgement in the ****** circuit court as a debtor for previous unpaid investments, over a year before we made our kit deposit. The owner and operator of Sport Copter Inc. did not present any information to this effect when we entered into our business arrangement nor prior to completing a Bank wire transfer. We believe a good deal more evidence exists in years previous for similar fraudulent business activities.

      Im emailing you with notification of my financial resolution between myself and Sportcopter **** of ********* ******.  On Wednesday of this week, I was able to finally receive my full deposit back from this company and would consider this case resolved.  Please let me know if there isnt anything else that I need to attend to in this matter.  Thank you for your assistance and have a great day.
