      I rented a month ago and planned my vacation including a flight. A week ago I wrote to ask if there was a blender. At that time they asked about my reservation. I asked to clarify, and the next morning I had a confirmation. Next day I again try to contact them and no answer, I thanked them for the confirmation and asked about the blender. Another day goes by and at the end of the day they ask where I got the confirmation. I tell them about the email. More time goes by and now Im 2 days away from my trip, they tell me the house isnt available. Why did you take my money then?? Why did you rent it to me?? By now there is very little to choose from because its short notice and I have to stay in a different town 30 minutes away. They offered a different house but were asking me to sign a 10 page tiny print legal worded document that no one should ever sign. Do not do business with them! Be careful when you make online home reservations that the host is NOT this company. Its better to rent from a real person host. On a side note, ****** was super helpful to me in finding another place to stay.

      We rented a property in Seaside from 6/17-6/19. When we arrived the fridge was warm. I contacted the company and was told it was warm due to it being cleaned out and to call back in the morning. In the morning it was still warm. We were told someone would come out. We called multiple times throughout the day and no one ever came. We had to throw out our food and pay to eat out multiple times. I attempted to email Oregon Beach Vacations multiple times and my emails would get kicked back as blocked. I sent a text response to a check-out text. The response was they sent me an email to reply to. Same email, same block. I reached out via ******** and got an auto response with no follow up. This company did not seem to care that we were out several hundred dollars because they failed to correct a problem.

      Rather than write everything all over again, Please go to the link of my ****** review about Oregon Beach Vacations.I also posted a ************ to highlight the horrific experience I had staying at one of their rentals. All I can say is this is a huge WARNING about using Oregon Beach Vacations!You better hope nothing goes wrong because they are unprofessional, greedy & irresponsible company! If I had the means to take this company down legally I would do it.I really hope more people take the time to report their experiences so this doesn't keep happening to good people!Please watch the video & read my review on ******, it's eye opening. And remember we had to put up with what you hear on the video 4 out of 6 days for 10 hrs a day!
